The factory houses specialized production units organized around a wide range of complementary skills and trades that Seifel has developed since its founding in 1972.

This integrated industrial organization enables the company to design and produce customized solutions that closely meet its customers’ requirements.

Seifel’s processing of thermoplastic raw materials is based on expertise in extrusion and injection molding, which, thanks to high-performance equipment and specialized know-how, enables the design of technical and high-precision parts.

- A material grinding and recycling unit

14 hydraulic and electric injection molding machines with clamping forces ranging from 60 to 1,000 tons
4 extrusion lines, including a co-extruder with a production capacity of 100 to 220 kg/h

Seifel operates a fully integrated plastic carpentry facility capable of transforming its own extruded plastic or aluminum profiles into fully customized cabinets.
This know-how ensures agile and controlled manufacturing, from cutting to assembly and final kitting, to meet the diverse needs of energy and communication networks.

With comprehensive expertise covering every stage, from cable preparation to final connection, Seifel ensures precise and reliable wiring that enables the production of a wide range of customized electrical solutions tailored to each customer’s specific configuration.

5,000 electrical references, from cables to electronic components, are used across five manufacturing areas, from cable preparation through to connection in the cabinet or panel
950 customized products per month
Seifel possesses assembly know-how based on the expert handling of thousands of components through controlled and well-equipped processes, which guarantee the production of technically sound assemblies that are tested before shipment.
A 3,600 m² assembly unit
10,000 component references are handled at 60 assembly stations, through processes such as automated screwdriving, electrical testing, and optical control
2,500 pallets of products leave this workshop every month

Specifications
We are involved from the very beginning of the study, co-drafting the specifications with our clients to ensure we meet their needs and build their projects together.
R&D development
The R&D (Research and Development) phase relies on our integrated design offices, which support each solution from its initial design through to its technical and functional validation.
Industrialization
The industrialization phase deploys all the industrial resources and tools necessary for manufacturing the products.
Manufacturing
At our factory and our complementary production facilities, we manufacture solutions for energy and telecommunications network infrastructures.
Qualification
Located at the heart of our factory, our laboratory allows us to test our products to validate their performance and qualify them.
Sales
