DuoDay: a day of sharing with employees

In November, as part of the 2023 European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities (SEEPH), Seifel took part in DuoDay to welcome people with disabilities from outside the company and give them an insight into the range of roles we offer. This initiative reflects a desire to change perceptions of disability and overcome prejudices, and may lead to new, long-term collaborations. Seifel also welcomed Hélios Latchoumanaya, an athlete supported by Sicame Group’s Endowment Fund, who shared his experience with the teams.
